Admissions

School Curriculum

The school aims to maintain a broad and balanced curriculum within the context of compliance to the National Curriculum (for children aged 5- 11 years) and the Early Years Foundation Stage for children aged 3-5 years. More detailed information can be found here.  

Pupil Behaviour

At Hawthorn Community Primary School, we aim to create a consistent, calm, caring, safe environment in which children can work towards achieving their full potential. Every member of staff in school has a duty of care towards the children, regardless of their job role. Our Positive Behaviour and Anti-bullying policies are available to download below.
